Bart Smith joined Swift Communications in 1993 as Editor of The News-Review in Roseburg, Oregon. He currently serves as the Publisher for the Greeley Tribune and General Manager of Greeley Publishing Co. and The Fence Post Co. He has thirty years newspaper experience in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Oregon. Smith has earned numerous awards from state and national press associations. He received his Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Wyoming.
