Bill Waters Controller, Director of Operating Finance
email: bwaters@swiftcom.com Waters has served as Controller and Director of Operating Finance with Swift Communications, Inc,. since 2001. He served as Business Manager of The Union in Grass Valley, Calif., from 1990 to 2001, and as Circulation Manager of The Union from 1985 to 1990. Waters has nearly 30 years in the newspaper and communications industries. Presently, he serves on the board of Interactive and Newsmedia Financial Executives, and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Waters holds a B.S. degree from California State University, Sacramento. |
