Bill Waters Chief Financial Officer
email: bwaters@swiftcom.com Waters was appointed CFO of Swift Communications Inc. in 2011. Prior to that, he held the post of Controller and Director of Operating Finance since 2001. He served as Business Manager of The Union in Grass Valley, Calif., from 1990 to 2001, and as Circulation Manager of The Union from 1985 to 1990 and various other circulation positions prior to that. Waters has over 31 years in the newspaper and communications industries. He is a current member of the Media Financial Management Association and the Association for Financial Professionals. Waters holds a B.S. degree from California State University, Sacramento. |
