Brad Harris Director of Human Resources email: bharris@swiftcom.com Brad Harris joined Swift Communications in October, 2010. Brad brings a wealth of Human Resources experience to Swift Communications, including organization design & effectiveness, employee benefits & compensation, national & regional HR leadership and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Brad was Vice President-Human Resources for AVA Solar, a start-up solar panel manufacturer in Fort Collins. He has also served as the North American Director, Human Resources and Communications for Cognis Corporation, a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and was Director, Total Rewards for Vectren Corporation, a Fortune 1000 utility holding company. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University (Bloomington) and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Southern Indiana (Evansville). He holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. |
