Greg Treece Information Technology Director
email: gtreece@swiftcom.com Treece has served as Information Technology Director for Swift Communications, Inc., since May 1, 2009. He joined the company in 1997 as the Information Technology Manager for the Summit Daily News and the Vail Daily, both in Colorado. Treece brings nearly 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field to Swift Communications, Inc., starting in 1986 in a co-op program with IBM in Houston, as a contractor to NASA on the Space Shuttle program. That was followed by work as a programmer for a horticultural robotics company, bring ing equipment from concept to production, and later as a programmer/analyst for a large interior fashion manufacturing company. Outside of work, Treece has been an active volunteer firefighter since 1991, and currently is a Captain with Greater Eagle Fire Protection District in Eagle, CO. Photography is among his other interests, as is scuba diving, which he enjoys with his wife, Jenny. |
