Our Values

Swift Communications, Inc. acknowledges that we have stated values that sometimes differ from our actions. Our goal is to have no gap between the two and to apply these values in all that we do.

Fair Play We believe that individuals in our company should treat each other, advertisers, readers, news sources and those who disagree with us evenly and consistently. We expect the value of fair play to pre-empt lesser human values such as egotism, territoriality and self-preservation.

Quality We expect our products, services and systems to be relevant, timely, complete and accurate. We also expect creativity and experimentation to be applied as we design and implement new approaches for product and service innovation. We encourage risk and tolerate and learn from the inevitable mistakes and failures that accompany the quest for quality.

Respect for the individual We respect the dignity and inherent rights of the individual in all our dealings. We recognize our company is a collection of people working together and supporting other’s endeavors to achieve both business success and personal satisfaction.
