New to the Swift family, Brooke is currently GM of SNMG, leading the properties in Northern Nevada. She is an Internet pioneer and thought leader having started her career in media 25 years ago. As the lead for our Swift New Ventures initiative, Brooke is always on the lookout for new trends and market opportunities to build into winning investments. Tirelessly passionate about creating, building, growing and operating profitable media products she has worked to empower and enable strong teams in media companies, intrepreneurial scenarios and early stage start-ups.
In her early career, Brooke was a print editor and manager for enthusiast publications, a b2b marketer and worked in production in major feature films before turning her attention and skills to the Internet. In 1996 Brooke was the co-producer/co-creator of one of the most successful cyber-soaps, Bhive.com for The Baltimore Sun then owned by Times Mirror. In 1999 she was the vision and early muscle behind Mom.com, a dot-com era start-up purchased by Clubmom. Later, in 2001, she developed Red Bull’s first online strategy.
