Swift has the kind of culture that most people in the workforce only read about. This is a company that created a business model based on the philosophy that putting people first will drive sustainability and profitability. Our success has an awful lot to do with leaders who are willing to risk it all for the right people.
Samantha Johnston is a Colorado Mountain News Media Associate General Manager and Publisher of The Aspen Times. She oversees media operations in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado.
